Aubrey Plaza

Aubrey Plaza (born June 26 in 1984) is a stand-up actor and comedian who is famous for her ability to express her wit in a humorous style. She is the character April Ludgate on Parks and Recreation. In The Jeannie Tate Show she began her web-based series debut following her work in sketches and improv in the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza. She went on to appear on Judd Apatow's Funny People and Scott Pilgrim against. the World later in her career. Celebrate her birthday! Aubrey Christina Plaza was born in Wilmington Delaware the daughter of attorney Bernadette Plaza and Financial expert David Plaza. Her father is Puerto Rican while her mother is Irish and English. Plaza received a degree from the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts as well as a Catholic, all-girls high school in 2006, after graduating in 2002. The year she completed her senior year in the high school she was president of the student council at her all-girls Catholic school and took part in Wilmington Drama League performances. Plaza was struck by a stroke in 2004 when she was in college. The stroke caused her to develop expressive aphasia. She also experienced a brief period of involuntary paralysis. The patient is now fully recovered. Plaza has been performing improv comedy and sketch comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater since 2004. Also, she's presented stand-up comedy shows at the Laugh Factory and The Improv in N.Y.C. Plaza appeared in E.S.P.N.'s Mayne Street and The Jeannie Tate Show as Robin Gibney as well as the first episode of Terrible Decisions with Ben Schwartz. In CollegeHumor Troopers she played the satirical sci-fi character the Princess. Plaza first played saxophones in Cassorla s Bona Fide (2014). However, she first appeared in Father John Misty's Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings from 2012. In 2016 Plaza appeared on HarmonQuest in the role of Hawaiian Coffee a gnome. She was Aaron Burr, in Drunk History. And Cat Adams on Season 11 of the C.B.S. show on television Criminal Minds. In Season 12, she had a great comeback on the part. In the year following, it was revealed after that Plaza will be a part of an independent comedy called An Evening With Beverly Luff Linn.
